Bill is a professional Architect with over 35+ years of experience in the planning, design, management, and construction of a diversity of vertical build construction projects. His project experience includes cultural, education, research, residential, hospitality, industrial and commercial facilities. Bill has leadership experience in sustainable buildings which dates back to the 1970’s and is a long-standing member of Canada Green Building Council. Bill, as project and development manager and professional architect, offers a unique combination of skills and experience to every project. He is respected by clients, consultants, and contractors alike for his communications, methodology, and in-depth understanding of the development and buildings industry. Bill is a distinguished leader in the buildings industry and is consistent at delivering successful and often award-winning projects that exceed client program objectives.
GARY DUKE
Principal, Director Project Management
Gary is a professional project manager and has 30+ years construction industry experience working with architects, engineers, planners, administrators and government agencies. His development in these fields occurred through his association as Director of Planning with the Chinook Health Region, and Calgary Regional Health Authority. Gary’s technical background is based upon the cummulation of successfully completing a number of technically advanced and complex capital projects. Gary's skills are directed at all phases of the facility planning process from functional programming and master planning through construction delivery. Gary brings to each new project a depth and diversity of experience and proven leadership.
Gary is a Principal and Director of Project Management with Duke Evans Inc. and has successfully delivered capital projects totalling in excess of $1.5 Billion. Gary provides peer review and mentorship to the Duke Evans team and is a respected team leader within the planning, design, and construction industry.
Mark is a professional engineer with more than 20+ years of diverse construction and project management experience as well as extensive knowledge in the utility and power industries. Mark has held roles as a consultant, contractor and owner’s representative which gives him a unique perspective and insight acting as an owner’s representative. In his career he consistently has taken on new technical and management challenges and has sought to diversify and broaden his experience.
Mark began his career as a consultant working as a consultant on projects in the water & wastewater, infrastructure, industrial and airfield industries. Mark’s aptitude for working with clients and teams led to an early transition into the project management sphere where he has spent most of his career. Mark also holds an MBA with a finance specialization which further broadens his understanding of the financial complexity of large-scale construction and the fiscal requirements of supporting it.
